Absolutely not. CheapTux.com is not
a virtual company. We welcome you to speak to one of
our knowledgeable customer service representatives at
any time. You can reach us by simply calling us toll

Is it safe and secure to submit
my credit card and personal information online?
Yes. Your sensitive information is
entered through pages that reside on our secure (SSL)
server. Your information is encrypted before being transmitted
to our server, it is never simply emailed to
us. This technology is currently the online industry
standard for e-commerce.

How long will it take to
receive my order?
Your order will be processed immediately
and usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received
by 1pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Orders
received after 1pm EST are typically shipped the next
business day. Orders placed on
Friday after 1pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday
will typically not be shipped until Monday. The standard
shipping time for your order will be anywhere between
1-7 days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. Shipping time varies depending on your location
within the United States. Express shipping options are
available.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
State tax will not be applied
to your order unless you are a New York State resident,
in which case the sales tax is 8.25%.

What is your return policy?
We, at CheapTux.com,
try our very best to provide you with clothing of high
quality and good fit. If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the item(s) to us within thirty (30) days for a full
refund or exchange. Please read our risk
free guarantee.
To avoid a 20% restocking fee, please
return all merchandise in its original carton, including
all packing materials and contents.

to be issued an Authorization to Return Merchandise
(ARM) number. You must clearly mark your ARM number
on every package being returned; unfortunately we cannot
accept your shipment without it.
Please note that CheapTux.com cannot
accept any merchandise that has been used or altered
in any form from its original state. All original tags
must still be intact. Shoes must be returned in new
condition AND original shoebox for credit.

Will there be shipping charges
on my purchase?
Shipping is free for all tuxedo packages
shipped within the continental United States. In the
event that you choose not to order one of our tuxedo
packages, or you live outside the continental U.S.,
there will be a modest shipping charge applied to your
order. We make every effort to keep our shipping charges
as low as possible.

Are there additional shipping charges
for international orders?
Yes. Orders placed outside the United States are subject
to freight fees, taxes and or duties depending on the
destination country. Prior to processing your order,
